During the constituent meeting of the Delegation to the Euronest Parliamentary Assembly (DEPA) on 26 September 2019 the following members of the Delegation's Bureau were elected:

1st Vice-Chair: Cristian TERHES, S&D (RO)
2nd Vice-Chair: Markéta GREGOROVÁ, Greens/EFA (CZ)
3rd Vice-Chair: Patryk JAKI, ECR (PL)
4th Vice-Chair:Andrzej HALICKI, EPP (PL)

It was also the occasion, for the Members, to exchange views on the linguistic profile of the Delegation.

"On 5 April, a transgender woman, Ms Lilit Martirosyan, addressed the Standing Committee on the Protection of Human Rights and Public Affairs of the National Assembly of Armenia, in the framework of the National Human Rights Agenda: United Nations Universal Periodic Review. To our deep regret, her poignant intervention was answered by disparaging or even aggressive comments. ..."

on the pardoning of prisoners in Azerbaijan on the occasion of the Novruz Holiday:

On 16 March, to mark the Novruz Holiday, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed a decree pardoning a total of 431 people convicted of crimes in the country - some of them considered to be political prisoners by human rights organisations. [...]

The 7th Ordinary Session of the Euronest Parliamentary Assembly took place from Monday, 25 June 2018 to 27 June 2018 in Brussels.

The following seven resolutions were adopted:

Security challenges in the Eastern Partnership countries and enhancing the role of the EU in addressing them
Foreign direct investment in the EU Member States and Eastern Partner countries
Energy efficiency development and energy sustainability in the EU and Eastern European Partners
Tackling informal and undeclared labour and enhancing the social security of employees in the European Union and Eastern Partner countries
The Ukrainian political prisoners in Russia, notably Oleg Sentsov
The acceleration of the ratification of the comprehensive and enhanced partnership agreement between the European Union and the European Atomic Energy community and their member states, of the one part, and the Republic of Armenia, of the other part, in the EU national parliaments
The EU Multiannual Financial Framework beyond 2020 and development of the Eastern Partnership plus model
